Dr Anya Lennon
Anya grew up in Caerphilly and knew that she wanted to be involved in healthcare from a young age. She competed in athletics and cross country from the age of 9 and was able to see the benefits healthcare professionals such as chiropractors had on sporting injuries and performance. Anya made the decision to pursue a career in Chiropractic by studying, and graduating from, the University of South Wales.
Anya recognises that every patient’s journey is unique and works closely with each individual to achieve their goals. Using a range of evidence-based techniques, she tailors treatment plans to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance daily life through a personalised approach
Outside of clinic life Anya enjoys running and is currently training towards the Cardiff Half Marathon. She also enjoys doing her local parkrun and spending time with her friends and family.

Dr Luke Myers
Luke was born and raised in Cardiff. His passion for chiropractic care began through a personal experience with his brother, who was a talented athlete growing up. Seeing his brother struggle with serious hip pain, and the frustration of wanting to help him, sparked an interest in chiropractic and ultimately led him into the profession.
Luke graduated from the University of South Wales and has a particular interest in rehabilitation and exercise, alongside hands-on manual therapy. Having played sport and trained in the gym since his mid-teens, Luke strongly believes in the importance of movement, strength, and active recovery for long-term health.
Outside of the clinic, Luke loves sport and any form of physical activity. He plays rugby, but there’s no sport he won’t try, and he’s happiest when he’s moving. Luke also enjoys the gym and values the feeling of being strong as well as fit.
